Error deploying generated schema: "Unable to read PhoenixLink configuration data..."

I received an error when attempting to deploy schema using the Schema Generator. The error message is: "Unable to read PhoenixLink configuration data from the server: System.Web.Services.Protocols.SoapException: An error occured on the server. Please contact the help desk and reference error id [454880001].

Can anyone provide help?
