Created a new test environment. Followed same install procedures as for Windows 2003. During the install process, I get to the window that asks for the Unlock Code, where I enter the same code I used when installing Webservices in the Acpt and Prod environments on Windows 2003. "Back" and "Cancel" buttons work, but nothing appears to happen when I click the "Next" button. Install process does not move forward to next stage.
